Announced in November 2018, the coming together of Avant and Camino will officially take place on July 1.  This is a snapshot of what is changing and what is not changing.

GIVING TO CAMINO MISSIONARIES AND PROJECTS

If you currently donate to Camino by check in the mail:
Make your July gift check payable to Avant Ministries.  Send to Avant in the red and white Avant envelope that you should receive in the mail during the first half of June.  If you do not receive this envelope, send your gift to Avant Ministries, 10000 N. Oak Trafficway, Kansas City, MO 64155.

If you already have a recurring donation set up with Camino:
No action is necessary right now. Your gift will automatically transfer to Avant. In the coming months, additional login instructions for the Avant website will be provided.

CAMINO MISSIONARIES AND MINISTRIES WILL CONTINUE

The name of the combined organization will be Avant Ministries. Camino missionaries and ministries will continue as part of Avant.

This coming together of like-minded historic mission organizations is a win for the mission of God! Because of the merger of Avant and Camino:

• More workers will be sent to the unreached, particularly from Latin America.
• More churches will be planted where there is no church.
• More existing local churches will become engaged in the mission of God.
• Missionaries will be better served, leading to greater effectiveness.
• Financial resources will be more efficiently used, bringing greater savings.
• Synergy will be ignited, where the whole is greater than the sum of its individual parts.
